We will start our journey at 5:00 a.m. from the vibrant city of Cusco. Our transport will take us towards the small village of Huayqui. Here, we will arrive around 8:00 a.m., after covering approximately 124 kilometers (or 77 miles).

Next, we will gear up for the trek to Suythuwanca, which will start at around 8:30 a.m. The hike will span about 7 kilometers (or 4.3 miles), giving us a real taste of the Peruvian landscape. Our group will arrive at the picturesque site of Suythuwanca around 11:00 a.m.

After soaking in the tranquil beauty of Suythuwanca, we will commence our ascent to Waqrapukara. The trek will require approximately two hours to complete. By 1:00 p.m., we will find ourselves standing in the heart of the ancient Inca fortress. It is an elevation of approximately 4,140 meters.

We will have ample time to explore the archaeological site. By 3:00 p.m., our descent will begin, taking us back to Huayqui. We will reach the village around 6:00 p.m. Then, our transport will bring us back to Cusco by 9:00 p.m.
